Redirect to a page when conversation ends

There is an option inside Logical Jump settings that allows you to redirect the page whenever the chatbot conversation ends.

Consider the following example. After the last message in this chatbot, you may want to redirect to a different page.

Open the Logical Jump settings for that last message.

Select "Redirect to URL" in the dropdown list and then paste the URL of the page to which you want redirection.

Note

If you have different conversational branches having a different ending, then you will need to provide the redirect option for each of those ending separately.
