Please go to Settings > Targeting and click on the + button. Select Locations from the dropdown list.

In the above example, we added a rule under Show for. The bot will be only visible to users from the countries that are listed above. These locations are detected by the chatbot using the IP address of the visitor.

The same rule can be added under Hide for as well.

Note

This setting is only available for the chatbot when it is used as Widget. It is not applicable when used as Embed or Chatbot page.
