Capture UTM parameters from URLs

Let's say your URL is

https://yourwebsite.com/?utm_source=active_users&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=feature_launch&utm_content=bottom_octa_button

Here you have 4 UTM parameters that you would like to capture. Go to your Settings > General of your Bot and provide these parameters as Custom URL / API fields. Here you will be adding 4 fields.

Once they are defined in the Settings, the chatbot will be able to pick it up and send it along with the rest of the conversation that the user had with the chatbot. You will be able to see these data points in the Response section, in the email notifications, and in the webhooks.

Passing URL parameters to the chatbot works only when the bot is used in Widget mode
