My payment has failed, what to do?

Don't worry! We can sort this out.

There are three possibilities -

  • It's probably your bank. Sometimes they can be a bit over-secure and stop even genuine payments from going through. Here is what you should do. Just give a call to your bank's card department and ask them to allow the transaction. That should do the trick.

  • It may also happen because of insufficient funds in the card. So, just make sure that everything is fine from your end before our system attempts to make the next payment.

  • If you have changed your card, then kindly update the card from the billing page.
